Staff Assistant II

The Information Service Representative serves as the point of contact for customer questions regarding services offered by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services for the OKDHS Live program; will process requests and follow-up on requests as needed; provide information; maintain call tracking information; maintain level of knowledge and skills to perform center transactions; and will perform other related duties as assigned.
